Service We Provide

Court Filing / E-Filing Services

Beyond delivering documents to a party, we also file pleadings and other paperwork with the court itself — through electronic filing systems where available, or in person where a courthouse requires it.

Many courts now require documents to be submitted through an electronic filing system, while others still expect in-person filing at the clerk's window. Knowing which applies — and meeting each court's specific formatting and fee requirements — is often the difference between a filing being accepted or bounced back.

We handle both paths, submitting through e-filing portals where available and delivering paper filings in person where required, and we retrieve file-stamped confirmation so you have documented proof the court actually accepted the submission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can filings be completed the same day?

Often yes for e-filing; in-person filing depends on courthouse hours and how busy the clerk's office is that day.

Do you cover filing fees on my behalf?

We can process filing fees as part of the job — just let us know your preferred payment method when you submit the request.
